Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. The first 30 minutes come with no commitment and no quote required beforehand. The goal isn't to sell: it's to understand your project, give you honest first feedback, and check that our approach fits what you're looking for. If it doesn't, we point you in the right direction.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday. If you write over the weekend or on a public holiday, count the next business day. For requests sent in the morning, a reply usually arrives the same day.
Can the website evolve after launch?
Yes, in two ways. At launch, we train you to manage the content yourself (text, images, blog posts). For more structural changes (an extra page, reworking a section, adding a feature), you can call on us as needed, billed by time spent, with no minimum commitment.
Can payment be spread out?
Yes. The default schedule is split into three stages. For projects over 2,500 €, a longer schedule is possible, to be discussed when we draw up the quote.
- 30% on signing.
- 40% on design approval.
- 30% on delivery.
